Quentin Tarantino‘s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is a deep and profound love letter that reads like an odyssey of the success and struggles of those who live within a world that only a few people understand. The director knows full well how things function and operate in this industry and, as such, provides an in-depth look at all the wheeling and dealing that goes on in a very meta way. Backed by a wealth of rich dialogue, razor-sharp humor, juicy violence, and fantastic chemistry between its leads in Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is a fascinating work of art with some blemishes.
Focus Features has released a new trailer for The Dead Don’t Die, the zombie comedy from Broken Flowers and Only Lovers Left Alive writer and director Jim Jarmusch. The film features a huge cast, with Bill Murray, Adam Driver, Tilda Swinton, Chloë Sevigny, Steve Buscemi, Danny Glover, Caleb Landry Jones, Rosie Perez, Iggy Pop, Sara Driver, RZA, Selena Gomez, Carol Kane, Austin Butler, Luka Sabbat, and Tom Waits all starring.
The new trailer is of the restricted variety, which means it’s not so safe for workplace viewing. It’s only about a minute long, but the trailer packs in some funny moments and a few good zombie kills. You can find a synopsis for The Dead Don’t Die and watch the new trailer below.
If you’ve seen one zombie movie, you’ve probably seen them all. The undead walking amongst the living and spreading the infection by chomping down on innocent victims. The rules of surviving this world have been well established throughout many zombie films.
But the latest from writer and director Jim Jarmusch (Broken Flowers, Only Lovers Left Alive), titled The Dead Don’t Die, portrays zombies in a different kind of light. One that will see Adam Driver leading “the greatest zombie cast ever disassembled.”
Focus Features has released an official trailer for the film, and you can check it out below along with a poster.
The first trailer for Clerks, Mallrats, and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back director Kevin Smith‘s latest movie, Yoga Hosers, has been released online and it sure is a wacky looking one.
The movie stars Harley Quinn Smith and Lily-Rose Depp as a pair of teenage yoga loving convenience store workers who seek the help of a legendary manhunter named Guy Lapointe (Johnny Depp) when a terrible ancient evil, an invasion of tiny anthropomorphic Nazi bratwurst (played by Smith), threatens the big party they’ve been invited to. See, wacky! It is the second part in Smith’s True North trilogy following Tusk.
