Last week on Arrow, Lance (Paul Blackthorne) really came through for Rene (Rick Gonzalez), by arranging a visit with his daughter, and inspiring him to fight for her. Alena (Kacey Rohl) told Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) that A.R.G.U.S. is holding their leader, Cayden James, without due process. He invented a biomarker tracker that they could use to get Chase (Josh Segarra), but wanted Felicity’s help at breaking him out. This put Felicity at odds with the team, and Diggle (David Ramsey) at odds with Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson). Felicity was successful and she tracked Chase to their bunker. Cue explosion.

Two weeks ago on Arrow, the jig was up as Prometheus leaked to the SCPD that the Green Arrow killed Officer Malone. Oliver (Stephen Amell) explained the real reasons, but then it was leaked to the press. Impeachment loomed and Vigilante attacked. Oliver was worried about Thea (Willa Holland) as she was displaying characteristics of their mother. Thea resigned to find herself. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) fixed the Susan Williams (Carly Pope) situation. Paul asked Curtis (Echo Kellum) for a divorce. Prometheus was revealed (to the audience) as…

Last time on Arrow, the gang got wind of Damien Darhk’s (Neal McDonough) impending escape and go to stop him. Andy turned on them at the last minute, not surprising to Oliver (Stephen Amell), but devastatingly surprising to Diggle (David Ramsey). Darhk finally got his revenge for Lance’s (Paul Blackthorne) betrayal by stabbing Laurel (Katie Cassidy) with one of The Green Arrow’s arrows. She seemed to be doing fine in the hospital, and had a raw heart to heart with Ollie telling him she loved him, and telling him a secret. She passed unexpectedly.

Ray and Snart (Brandon Routh and Wentworth Miller) teamed up to get info from this beautiful Russian madwoman, who is trying to build a Russian Firestorm. Ray strikes out, but Snart piques her interest for a while. Predictable fight ensues and half of them are captured. Last week on Arrow, John Constantine guest starred! It made me indescribably happy to see Matt Ryan on the show, not only in present day Star City, but also in the flashbacks in Lian Yu, finally making that storyline a hell of a lot more interesting. After Oliver (Stephen Amell) finds out that Sara (Caity Lotz) is alive but soulless, and out to kill Thea (Willa Holland), he calls in a favor from a friend. That friend is John Constantine, whose life Oliver saved back on the island. Constantine takes Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Oliver into the other realm to fight for Sara’s soul, and they win. The Lance family has a tearful reunion. Holt (Echo Kellum) discovers that Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) is alive!
