New ‘Mass Effect: Andromeda’ Cinematic Trailer Introduces Villain
  |  @   |

A brand new cinematic trailer has been released for Mass Effect: Andromeda.

Unlike the cinematic reveal trailer released for N7 Day 2016, which only teased the new game’s villain, this new trailer actually introduces us to who we’ll be dealing with, a delightful being known as Archon.

You can read much more about Mass Effect: Andromeda and watch the new cinematic trailer below.

The Game Awards 2016: ‘Mass Effect: Andromeda’ Gameplay Trailer
  |  @   |

The only significant Mass Effect: Andromeda gameplay we’ve seen was that 4K tech video shared during Sony’s PlayStation 4 Pro unveiling event. So of course, the promise of new gameplay at The Game Awards 2016 was exciting enough to make watching the whole show worth it for fans.

BioWare has released a lengthy gameplay trailer, which runs almost five minutes long and can be seen below. It sets up the story briefly, and covers various things like vehicles, exploration, dialogue, resources, and of course, combat. Oh, and big scary creatures you’re probably going to want to travel around when exploring. Far, far around. You know what, maybe it’s better to go in an entirely different direction. That tree over there looks pretty!

‘Mass Effect: Andromeda’: Join The Andromeda Initiative (Video)
  |  @   |

BioWare has released a new video for the latest game in the Mass Effect series, titled Mass Effect: Andromeda. What exactly the video is about is not exactly clear yet. But it did give me goosebumps, so there’s that.

The video is looking for fans to sign up for something called the “Andromeda Initiative,” which sounds like it’s basically a mailing list for updates and such. Orientation for this initiative begins on November 7th, which just so happens to be N7 Day, a Mass Effect holiday for many. We’ll likely get more info then, and maybe even a new peek at the game if lucky.

Continue below to watch the new video.

‘Mass Effect: Andromeda’: First Official Gameplay Video Is Here
  |  @   |

As part of Sony’s event to unveil the new PS4 Pro, some games were also presented. This was mainly just to show off the 4K resolution of the PS4 Pro, but it was very much worth it for some.

One of the games presented was Mass Effect: Andromeda. But instead of the brief trailers and gameplay teases we’ve seen in the past, the first significant gameplay footage was shared. Not a whole lot happens in the three-minute video, but it is great to see the game in action, as well as one of the places you’ll visit and some of the characters you’ll be spending time with.

You can watch the first Mass Effect: Andromeda gameplay video below.
