Shudder’s reimagining of George A. Romero’s and Stephen King’s Creepshow has been a monster hit, breaking streaming records for AMC’s genre service since its premiere in late September. Last week’s Creepshow episode was my favorite of the season thus far and this week we get the penultimate episode of the debut season with a “The Night of the Paw” and “Times is Tough in Musky Holler.” Created by Greg Nicotero of The Walking Dead, Creepshow features phenomenal practical effects, an assortment of genre legends sprinkled throughout the cast, and the darkly comedic fable-like storytelling that Creepshow made popular in the original 1982 film.
Shudder has released a new trailer for Creepshow, their upcoming anthology series based on Stephen King and George A. Romero‘s 1982 movie of the same name.
In addition to the new trailer, a behind the scenes video was also released last week. You can find both below, along with more info on the series and details on all 12 of the segments—two segments per episode—that we’ll see in the debut season.
An official theatrical trailer has been released for Itsy Bitsy, a new addition to the always popular giant spider horror sub-sub-genre.
The story follows a mother, along with her two children, moving from the city to the country so for a new job as a private nurse for a man whose secret past ends up tormenting them in the form of a massive spider. Elizabeth Roberts, Arman Darbo, Chloe Perrin, Bruce Davison, Denise Crosby, Treva Etienne, Eileen Dietz, and Matty Cardarople star in the movie.
You can find an official synopsis for Itsy Bitsy and check out the new trailer below, along with a previously released trailer if you missed it.
An official trailer has been released for Tell Me Your Name, an upcoming exorcism movie directed by Jason DeVan and starring Sydney Sweeney, Jessica Barth, Madison Lintz, Bruce Davison, and Matt Dallas.
The movie follows a girl who, along with her friend, decide to try to communicate with her departed mother through a seance. Which, of course, does not result in good things.
