Warning – SPOILERS for AMC’s The Walking Dead…

On last week’s The Walking Dead episode, 8.14 “Still Gotta Mean Something,” Negan and Jadis came to an understanding; Negan made his way back to the Sanctuary, but with a secret passenger along for the ride; Daryl and Rosita were going after Eugene at the Savior ammunitions factory; Carol found young Henry, while Morgan lost his mind again; and, sadly, we see that after his encounter with the former Savior captives, Rick is no longer a man of his word.

In this week’s episode, 8.15 “Worth,” Rick finally reads the letter from Carl, which talks about his vision for a peaceful future in this post-apocalyptic world; Rosita and Daryl make a move on the ammunitions factory; and Negan reconnects with his former lieutenants, especially Dwight and Simon, who are still plotting to take over the Sanctuary.

Warning – SPOILERS for AMC’s The Walking Dead…

Last week’s episode of The Walking Dead was mainly about Tara and her altercation with the women of Oceanside, who had gone into hiding after their men were all killed by Negan. We also saw Rick and Aaron heading out of Alexandria to scavenge for Negan, but it seemed that Michonne wasn’t exactly on board with it all. Meanwhile, Carl and Enid travelled to the Hilltop Colony, so Enid could visit with Maggie, but Carl then went his own way… stowing away in a truck that was headed to Negan’s Sanctuary. Hilltop’s Jesus also showed up on the cargo truck with similar intentions.

This week, on Episode 7.7 “Sing Me A Song,” we find out what happened when the cargo truck arrives back at the Sanctuary; what’s going on with Rick and Aaron on their desperate scavenge; where Michonne is going; how Spence really feels and what he’s actually capable of; and what Rosita and Eugene are up to. Oh, and lots more Negan stuff.

Warning – SPOILERS for AMC’s The Walking Dead…

Last week’s episode of The Walking Dead was all about Daryl and his imprisonment at Negan’s Sanctuary and his torturing there by Dwight. Negan wanted him to become one of his main men, which would mean that Daryl would be living the sweet life. But Daryl wouldn’t comply. We also got a deeper look into Dwight’s situation, which isn’t as great as he lets everyone believe.

On this week’s episode, 1.4 “Service,” Negan and his Saviors show up at the Alexandria Safe Zone. Initially, Negan said he’d be there in a week to accept his tribute of food, guns, and other provisions, which will be an ongoing arrangement, but it’s now only a mere 3 days since he killed two people from Rick’s camp. Rick is still visibly shaken over what happened, and he seems to be the only one in the community taking Negan’s threats seriously. When moron Spencer greats Negan at the gate, he asks him “Who are you?” :::facepalm:::

Warning – SPOILERS for The Walking Dead Season 6…

Last week saw a lot of loss, with the Walker attack that killed young Sam and his mom Jessie, the latter of whom seemed to be a nice love interest for Rick. Then there was Carl’s grave injury — shot in the eye by his teen nemesis Ron, who was cut down by Michonne — and it seemed like he wouldn’t pull through. Lastly, there was the death of the Wolf guy, who seemed to actually make a surprising change when he risked his life to save Denise.

But in light of all this loss came a uniting of all the residents of the Alexandria Safe Zone, who bravely faced the invading Walkers and beat them to finally come together as one people, a group under the leadership of Rick, who now sees clearly the good the future holds for his son and his people.

Unfortunately, this future includes some unforeseen elements, namely the coming of the villainous Negan, who, no, still hasn’t physically shown up yet. But, a new character did on Episode 6.10 “The Next World” “” Paul, aka Jesus, who is a character from the comics. In his debut episode, Jesus proves that he’s a formidable character, but there’s obviously more to him than meets the eye after we see him toying with Rick and Daryl. But more on that later, because oh man did something outstanding happen in this episode!!!!

Warning – SPOILERS for The Walking Dead Season 6…

The big focus so far of Season 6 of The Walking Dead has been the threat to the Alexandria Safe Zone not only from the surrounding undead Walkers, but also from the invading human Wolves, all of which is happening in the face of dwindling supplies and rations, as well as hostilities amongst the residents.

Back in Episode 6.3, Glenn was seemingly killed, shocking audiences, and making us all despondent as we awaited confirmation on this major character’s fate. The follow-up episode not only did not give that confirmation, it swayed completely away from the people of Alexandria, and instead focused entirely on Morgan (Lennie James) and his journey. It was undoubtedly an amazing episode in the series that had it been shown at a different order in the season, everyone would likely have eaten it up. Instead, we all sat on pins and needles wondering what happened to Glenn. Could he have survived that Walker attack?
