For those who aren’t already aware, the Labyrinth 30th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray was released this week.
This includes a new Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD, and Limited Edition multi-format offerings of the Jim Henson classic, which come with plenty of new bonus features including the “Goblin King” featurette, which remembers the late David Bowie. There’s even a DVD version for you old school folks.

The Grammys took place on Sunday night, February 15, 2016, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, and was broadcast live on CBS on the east coast (the west coast had a tape delay).

In October of 2014 we shared with you news that Labyrinth, the 1986 movie directed by the late, great Jim Henson, could be getting a sequel. Many were excited by the news, but it was then reported not long after that that sources had denied that a sequel to the puppet filled fantasy flick was actually being made. And we all moved on.
Though fans were excited about the thought of another adventure in the labyrinth with all of our favorite characters, including Jareth the Goblin King (played by David Bowie), prepare for some news you might not be so excited about. It’s now being reported that, not even two weeks after Bowie left us forever, a reboot of Labyrinth is in the works.
In the midst of barrage of rock-n-roll deaths, the gang at Screen Junkies pay tribute to the great David Bowie by giving Labyrinth the Honest Trailer treatment. So let’s go back to a wonderful time of horrible babysitters, creepy looking muppets, and Goblin Kings who look like crazy rock stars in 1986’s Labyrinth… dear god, that’s 30 years ago…
