‘Moons Of Madness’: Watch The Launch Trailer For Lovecraftian Cosmic Horror Game Set On Mars
  |  @   |

Back in March we saw an announcement trailer for Moons of Madness, a Lovecraftian cosmic horror game which is set on Mars. Now a launch trailer has been released to mark its arrival…at least on one platform.

In the game you play as a technician stationed on a base that’s been built on Mars. When strange things begin happening, you’re only option is to go about your duties. And even when these strange things grow more and more terrifying, and you’re left wondering if it’s real or just in your head, you can only investigate what’s happening. Stuck on another planet. Millions of miles from Earth.

You can find more info on Moons of Madness, the launch trailer, and a bonus gameplay teaser and 12-minute gameplay demo below.

‘The Park’ Trailer: A Horror Game Set In An Amusement Park
  |  @   |

If you’re looking for a horror game to play this Halloween and don’t have time for a longer title such as Alien: Isolation or The Evil Within, for example, The Park might just be what you need.

The game comes from developer Funcom, and is described as a “psychological horror experience” set in an amusement park. It’s only one or two hours long, so it’s closer to watching a movie than playing a game…only you’re controlling the movie. I love games like this—quick, cinematic experiences that don’t cost as much as the full-price AAA titles that get released.

You can read more about The Park and check out the launch trailer along with a bonus video diving deeper into what the game is all about below.
