An official trailer was released recently for a Chinese animated feature titled Big Fish & Begonia, which will be distributed theatrically here in the States by Shout! Factory’s Shout! Studios along with Funimation Films.
The movie is a fantasy adventure following a girl named Chun, who’s part of a mystical race who control the tides and seasons. To explore the human world she transforms into a dolphin, but it only leads to her and others being put in danger.

Hey there, Space Cowboys. If you’re like me, you’ve been waiting for years for the U.S. release of the anime classic Cowboy Bebop on domestic Blu-ray. Well, the wait is almost over, as Funimation has officially announced that the release date for Cowboy Bebop: The Complete Series will be December 16, 2014.
There’s a couple of different versions available for pre-order, including standard Blu-ray and DVD packs, and an Amazon Exclusive Edition pack. You can also pre-order a different special edition directly from Funimation.

On August 5th, 2014, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods, the first feature film in 17 years from Akiria Toriyama and the Dragon Ball franchise, will be released in theaters nationwide. The 18th movie in the series, Battle of the Gods was originally released in Japan in March of 2013. Now, Funimation has dubbed the film in English and those of us in the United States who have been eagerly anticipating this movie will finally have the chance to view it.
Set 5 years after the Majin Buu Saga and a few years before Dragon Ball GT, Battle of the Gods includes all of the series’ fan favorite characters. Below is the anime’s official synopsis followed by the new theatrical trailer.
