Watch: ‘Horizon: Zero Dawn’ PS4 Pro 4K Gameplay Trailer
  |  @   |

In addition to Mass Effect: Andromeda, another game that was used to show off Sony’s newly announced PS4 Pro 4K console was Horizon: Zero Dawn with a new gameplay trailer.

Part Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, part Far Cry Primal, part Assassin’s Creed, the game is set in a post-apocalyptic future where humans have been set back to prehistoric ways and machines rule the land. The gameplay trailer doesn’t show as much as gameplay demos we’ve seen in the past, but it does reveal the ability to climb those gigantic giraffe-like machines we’ve seen, Shadow of the Colossus style.

Read more about the game and watch the new gameplay trailer below.

Earlier this month came word that a game that impressed at E3 2015, Horizon: Zero Dawn, the open world action RPG set in a post-apocalyptic future where mankind has reverted back to primitive ways while deadly machines roam and rule the land, had been pushed back to 2017.

But that didn’t stop developer Guerrilla Games from bringing something new to E3 2016. They shared a new eight-minute gameplay demo during Sony’s presentation, and the game just keeps looking better and better. You can watch the gameplay demo below.

A new trailer has been released for Horizon: Zero Dawn, the third-person action role-playing game from Killzone developer Guerilla Games. The trailer is a cinematic trailer titled “Aloy’s Journey,” which sets up the adventure the character you play as goes on in the game.

In addition to the new trailer, it’s also been announced that the game has been pushed back a bit. Instead of coming out later this year as previously planned, it will now be released early in 2017.

During E3 2015 we saw a gameplay demo for a new game from the makers of Killzone, Guerrilla Games, titled Horizon: Zero Dawn. The gameplay was impressive and caught the attention of many, looking something like an amalgamation of the Assassins Creed games and Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.

Now a new video has been released that offers a different, in-depth look at that same gameplay demo, including specific details on the game, its HUD, and fighting some of its intimidating enemies.

You can see the video below.

E3 2015: New Game From ‘Killzone’ Creators ‘Horizon: Zero Dawn’
  |  @   |

There were plenty of familiar titles shown off at E3 2015, but there were of course a collection of brand new games unveiled for players to look forward to.

One of these games is Horizon: Zero Dawn from the creators of the Killzone franchise, Guerrilla Games. But while it comes from the makers of Killzone, this new game is quite a bit different form what the developer has been working on for the past decade or so.

The game reminds me a lot of an Assassin’s Creed game, only one which has been fused together with the must-play 2010 game Enslaved: Odyssey to the West (starring the great Andy Serkis, I might add!).

Continue below to check out the first gameplay demo for Horizon: Zero Dawn.
