About a year ago we saw the first image from a new movie titled Horns, in which Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe fittingly sported an impressive set of horns on his head. The movie is currently making the festival rounds in search of a distributor, and the first official clip from the movie has been released.
Horns is based on the novel of the same name from author and comic writer Joe Hill, telling the story of Ignatius Perrish (Radcliffe), the only suspect in the rape and murder of his girlfriend. Never charged, tried, or officially cleared, Ig is looked at through angry eyes from everyone around him, but he’s determined to find whoever is really responsible for the vicious crime and get revenge using the powers of his unexpected new horns.
Part of Amazon’s monthly Kindle ebook deals is Joe Hill‘s Horns for only $1.99 (that’s 87% off the regular price of $14). If you’d like to purchase a physical copy of Horns, the book is also available in paperback.

A new image has been released of Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe for his upcoming movie, Horns. And in the picture, quite fittingly to the movie’s title, the actor is sporting his own impressive set.
The role appears to be a decidedly dark turn for the actor, who is playing Ignatius Perrish, or “Ig” for short. The character is accused of raping and murdering his girlfriend, leading to the horns—which give him the power to make people tell the truth and give in to their darkest desires—growing out of his skull.
Be sure to head on below to check out the full first image of Daniel Radcliffe in Horns.
Joe Hill has certainly come a long way since he was torturing his on-screen father (played by Tom Atkins) via voodoo doll in the classic 1982 horror anthology Creepshow, which was partly willed into existence by Hill’s real-life father, Stephen King. In 2005, Hill followed in his father’s footsteps and became a best-selling author with the short story collection 20th Century Ghosts, his first book published after spending previous years writing stories for various literary magazines. Two years later, Hill published his first full-length novel Heart-Shaped Box and early last year he released his second novel, the horror-tinged, Gothic crime tale Horns. Now Horns is about to become a bonafide motion picture with a noted horror filmmaker at the helm.
