If you call yourself a “gamer” and have never played Shadow of the Colossus, it’s time to get on that immediately. And as luck would have it, Sony Computer Entertainment has just released a special new remastered high definition collection of the game paired with another beloved title, Ico (which you can pick up here).
If you happen to be into metal AND games, well, then do I have a treat for you. YouTube user ferdk16 has put together a medley video of himself rocking out some of the music of Shadow of the Colossus on an electric guitar…and it’s pretty gosh darn epic.

Before God of War III was released on the PlayStation 3, a special new two-pack of the first and second games updated in beautiful Blu-ray high definition were released to really get fans excited for the new game and capitalize on the technologies we now have in movies and gaming.
Now it looks like another popular game developer has the same thoughts going on. According to The Sixth Axis (via G4), rumors have been circulating that Team Ico was possibly planning to release two of their immensely-popular titles, Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, in a new two-game bundle, and that the duo would be updated in the highest of high definition Blu-ray for the PS3.

In celebration of the convention and all of the great things that came out of it, we’ve decided to put together this little recap of the biggest and brightest things that we saw. We will do our very best to offer information on the products, as well as the mind-blowing videos that were shown! To start, we’ll go over the three main outlets and what they presented to us.
