Must See: ‘BioShock Infinite’ Cosplayer So Good Designer Ken Levine Hired Her
  |  @   |

Cosplayers are extraordinarily passionate about their craft, most going to great lengths to achieve the mimicry they desire. Now there may just be even more incentive to find the characters said cosplayers feel they can best embody, and do everything in their power to replicate that character.

Russian cosplayer Anna Moleva is one such case. The Moscow resident, who’s also known as “Ormeli,” has an affinity for video game characters, and when she saw Elizabeth, the female lead in Irrational Games’ upcoming BioShock Infinite, she knew she had to become her. The results were so successful, so eerily similar, that the makers of Infinite, including game designer Ken Levine, decided to hire her as the face of Elizabeth going forward.

Click on over to the other side for more, and to see some of Moleva’s images, including a stunning replica of the one above.

Watch Now: New ‘BioShock Infinite’ Trailer “Beast Of America”
  |  @   |

We’ve been waiting for Irrational Games’ BioShock Infinite for a long, long, long time. But so long as there’s not another delay, we’ll finally get to hang out in the world of Columbia come this February.

A brand new trailer for the game has been released, and it’s titled “Beast of America.” It’s basically just a collection of new shots from the game, set to a song of the same name.

Because we’ve been waiting so long it’s hard to still get excited from a trailer, but still, it’s worth watching. And the very beginning of it looks awful familiar, though that could just be coincidence.

Check out the new BioShock Infinite trailer “Beast of America” below.

‘BioShock Infinite’ Pushed Back To 2013; I and Many Others Weep
  |  @   |

Back in September of 2010 when we witnessed in awe the first 10-minute gameplay demo for Ken Levine and Irrational Games’ BioShock prequel, BioShock Infinite, it already looked beautiful and dreamlike and perfect (enhanced by the 15-minute E3 gameplay demo that followed); perfect enough to being close to a release. But we knew there would be a bit of a wait in store as they perfected the game for a 2012 release, and that only heightened expectation, anticipation, and excitement levels.

Then came a release date, finally: October 16, 2012—over two years after we’d first seen the gameplay demo. But now, sadly, we the impatiently patient will have to wait even longer. Due to how big BioShock Infinite is, it’s been decided to push the game back to February 26, 2013.

Jaw–Dropping 15–Minute ‘BioShock Infinite’ E3 Demo Released To The Masses
  |  @   |

Remember back in September, when Irrational Games and 2K released a beautiful 10–minute gameplay peek at their 2012 prequel title, BioShock Infinite?

Since then””with such a long wait in front of us at the time””the game has remained relatively quiet. Even at the recent E3 convention, what the man behind it all, Ken Levine, brought to show off was kept securely behind closed doors for the most part. Yes, we got a very tiny glimpse and some info on the game being compatible with PlayStation Move, as well as word of an original PlayStation Vita BioShock game, but we didn’t get to see what those people saw behind those closed doors””the very same footage that scored BioShock Infinite an embarrassment of convention awards.

Now, we see what they saw. The 15–minute E3 gameplay demonstration for BioShock Infinite has been released online, and it’s a wild, wild ride. You can see it for yourself by heading below now!

E3 2011: New ‘BioShock Infinite’ Gameplay, Will Work With PlayStation Move; New ‘BioShock’ Coming To Vita
  |  @   |

It feels like it’s been forever seen we got the first trailer for the unexpected BioShock Infinite and that brain-meltingly good 10-minute extended gameplay demo that was shown off not long after.

But for as long as it’s felt since we’ve seen those wonderful peeks, it still feels even longer until the game’s still-unscheduled 2012 release. Not much has come out of E3 2011 for the game, either, which also hurts our feelings a bit.

But Irrational Games’ Ken Levine“”one of the top people behind the original BioShock“”was in attendance with a couple of surprise announcements and a little more gameplay footage from Infinite.

You can learn more about what the future of BioShock holds and see the new gameplay by heading on below now!
