A new season of Stranger Things arrived a couple of weeks back now, so it’s prime time for some new mash-ups. We’ve seen mash-ups with Charlie Brown and Childish Gambino, as well as fellow Netflix titles Trollhunters and Mystery Science Theater 3000 in the past. Today we have a pair of new mash-ups to share with you.
The first comes from Jimmy Kimmel Live, who brilliantly decided to mash-up Stranger Things with ’80s and ’90s TV sitcom Perfect Strangers—and even got stars Bronson Pinchot and Mark Linn-Baker to reprise their roles—in “Perfect Stranger Things.” The second is a mash-up with the Toy Story franchise dubbed “Stranger Things Are Happening To Me,” a play on the Randy Newman song from the first movie.

Marvel Studios has released a new trailer for this summer’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. The trailer was shown during tonight’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, and it is just as funny and exciting as you would expect (maybe more). You can check it out here below.
In previous trailers director James Gunn has purposely held back revealing too much of the film’s story, instead focusing on our heroes’ bickering in the heat of battle. There were weird space beasts, dazzling battles, and Rocket Raccoon trying to keep Baby Groot from activating an atomic bomb. Priceless stuff, but fans have long clamored for more Guardians goodness. Tonight we got it, and then some.
I love Mean Tweets. Jimmy Kimmel‘s bit that has famous people reading the horrible things people say about them on Twitter and their reaction to them, are genius. But I have never laughed so much as I have with this one. In this very special episode of Mean Tweets, Robert DeNiro reads the ones especially dedicated to him. His reaction?
Tonight was the 68th Annual Emmy Awards, and what is even more fun than watching your favorite shows win or lose, or the banter between presenters (looking at you Andy Samberg and Jon Snow!) is the opening number. For host Jimmy Kimmel, he had to get to the show.
Last night Mr. Robot debuted the fourth episode of its second season on USA Network. Right after the show ended, Jimmy Kimmel Live aired on ABC. Kimmel discussed his love of the show, especially for a new character who premiered on the episode… one who surely will win the Emmy… one played by Jimmy Kimmel.
