Everyone can appreciate a good horror-comedy, and Bloodsucking Bastards looks like it has the potential to become just that.
The movie takes place in an office workplace environment, where a man loses a promotion to his office rival and it’s a steep downward spiral from there as co-workers begin dying. It stars Fran Kranz (Cabin in the Woods, Dollhouse), Pedro Pascal (the Red Viper, Oberyn Martell, from HBO’s Game of Thrones), Emma Fitzpatrick (The Social Network, The Collection), Joey Kern (Cabin Fever, Super Troopers), Joel Murray (God Bless America, Monsters University), and Yvette Yates (Inherent Vice).

It’s time to scare it up, my fellow geeks! Monsters University sees its home release, and surprisingly, the Blu-ray edition of Pixar’s latest feature is wicked good. Explore Monsters University with me, shall we?
James P. Sullivan (John Goodman) and Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal) may have given the impression they were always best buddies in Monsters, Inc., but Monsters University proves just the opposite. Travel back in time with Sulley and Mikey to their young adulthood, when Sulley’s pomposity and Mike’s unabashed idealism contrasted with their older personalities. Mike craves to scare for a living, despite his less-than-menacing appearance, and must prove to naysayers that he belongs at the Scare School. He works ceaselessly to understand ways to haunt and chill. Sulley, on the other hand, thinks his family name and reputation will lead him on a road to success, but his egotism impairs his image and potential. The two must collaborate with the non-impressive Oozma Kappa fraternity to save their spots in the Scare School.
The first teaser trailer for Disney*Pixar’s prequel to the 2001 hit Monsters Inc., titled Monsters University, has been released online.
In the movie, Mike (Billy Crystal) and Sully (John Goodman) are back in college, and they may not have started as the best of friends. The teaser shows off one of the college pranks Sully pulled on Mike…surely the first of many we’ll see between the two.

God Bless America Written and Directed by Bobcat Goldthwait Starring Joel Murray, Tara Lynne Barr, Mackenzie Brooke Smith, and Regan Burns Magnolia Pictures/Magnet Releasing Release Date: May 11, 2012
Frank (Joel Murray) is a divorced insurance salesman who lives alone in a house with walls so thin he can hear the wailing of his next door neighbor’s baby day and night. His own daughter (Mackenzie Brooke Smith) wants nothing to do with him and is being increasingly spoiled by her ineffectual mother (Melinda Page Hamilton). Suffering from insomnia and migraines Frank does nothing with his life but sit in front of his television every night and subject himself to endless hours of horrid commercials, mind-numbing reality shows where pampered rich teenage girls throw profane-laden tantrums when they don’t get the car they want for their birthday, and the insane ramblings of right-wing talk show hosts (Regan Burns and Frank Conniff) who sees nothing but hatred and fear in everything and anything. One day his entire life falls apart: a misunderstood act of affection at work leads to the loss of his job, and then his doctor informs him – in between taking ill-timed calls on his cell – that the reason he’s getting migraines is because he has an inoperable brain tumor.
