Creepshow is back on Shudder… at least for one special episode in honor of Halloween month. Creepshow Season 2 is currently in production for a 2021 debut and major cast additions were announced with the likes of horror veterans Marilyn Manson, Ali Larter, Barbara Crampton, Ted Raimi, Ryan Kwanten, and more. A Creepshow Animated Special went up on horror’s premiere streaming service Shudder last night at midnight and is available now. The 45-minute episode boasted an impressive Creepshow pedigree. Both stories were directed by series EP and horror makeup effects legend Greg Nicotero, who worked on the original film, and the stories come from Stephen King and his son, author Joe Hill.
Sony Pictures Entertainment has released the first trailer for Slender Man, a movie based on the fictional character of the same name known for being extremely tall and thin, having a featureless face, and wearing a suit. The character was created by Victor Surge in a creepypasta story, and has been used in various ways, including in his own video games.

Last month we saw the first trailer for Wish I Was Here, Zach Braff‘s second effort as director after Garden State and the movie which he somewhat controversially got help in making by using the crowdfunding website Kickstarter. That first trailer was more of a teaser, but now the first official full trailer has been released online.
Whether you’re bothered by Braff’s strategy in making the movie or not, it’s hard not to feel good things watching these trailers.
You can check out the full trailer for Wish I Was Here below.
Zach Braff‘s long-awaited directorial follow-up to his 2004 hit Garden State, Wish I Was Here, has traveled an interesting road. Braff took to Kickstarter to fund the movie—and had much success in doing so—but faced some backlash from those who felt someone of his status shouldn’t be seeking the donations of fans to finance a project.
With all of that in the past, the movie has been made and had a strong showing at the Sundance Film Festival before being picked up by Focus Features for distribution in North America. Now the first teaser trailer for Wish I Was Here has been released, and can be seen below.
