He’s one of the greatest rock musicians alive and the fact that he’s still alive is a wonder – he’s Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and this is his story.
Orbit: Keith Richards is a biographical comic from Bluewater Productions which gives us the down and dirty on the life and crazy times of Keith Richards, who’s been a driving force behind one of the biggest rock bands in history. Richards is responsible for mega-hits like “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” “Brown Sugar,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” and “Honky Tonk Woman,” to name just a few of the many popular songs he wrote. The musician is also known for other things, like his long-term major drug use and his many run-ins with the police. It’s been a mystery how this man, who’s now 68 years old, is still alive after all the drugs he’s done.
The eBook deal of the day today for the Amazon Kindle is Life, the 2011 autobiography by Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, for only $3.99 (that’s 60% off the regular price of $9.99).

If you’d like to own a physical copy of Life, the book is also available in paperback for $11.10 and hardcover for $17.85.
Richards recently stated that there was talk of bringing his autobiography to the big screen.
The guitarist has lived one wild life, so I can only imagine the kind of drug-filled stories of rock and roll excess that are recounted in his book. For under four bucks, I think it’s worth checking out, especially if you’re a fan of the Stones or would like to read about his journey in one of the most famous rock bands in the world since the 1960s.
“Keith Richards is shooting heroin into his eyeballs and still touring all right! I’m getting mixed signals! I picture nuclear war and two things surviving: Keith and cockroaches!” – Bill Hicks
Keith Richards, the legendary Rolling Stones guitarist and part-time pirate, is about to become a movie star. Sort of.
A film based on Richards’ best-selling autobiography Life, published last year, is in the works, according to a recent interview the famed Stone gave to the British website The Telegraph after receiving Writer of the Year honors at the GQ Men of the Year Awards. Richards said in the Telegraph interview, “There are feelers out at the minute [but] I’m in no rush right at the moment. Also, how are they going to find me? The idea of a succession of Keith Richards coming down is horrifying.”
