Spider-Man Grabs Himself A Coffee, Surprises Customers (Video)
  |  @   |

We’re just a little over a week from the launch of the first movie in Sony Pictures’ latest reboot of the Spider-Man franchise, Spider-Man: Homecoming, this time with a little help from Marvel.

To help promote the movie a fun little prank was set up, as is quite the popular viral marketing technique these days. For this one, customers at a Starbucks in New York City are first confused when the barista calls out Spider-Man’s name for an order, and then surprised when Spidey himself drops down from the ceiling to pick it up. There’s even a cameo from a familiar face.

Check out the video below.

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ 22-Minute Special Explains How Spidey Fits Into The MCU
  |  @   |

For nearly a decade, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has existed without one of its biggest heroes, Spider-Man. However, the Webslinger (Tom Holland) finally made an appearance when swung into Captain America: Civil War. Now he’s ready to venture off in his own standalone film, Spider-Man: Homecoming.

And just to be sure that you are ready, Marvel has dropped a 22-minute special called “A Fan’s Guide to Spider-Man: Homecoming.” In it, Holland and his co-star Zendaya take us through Spider-Man’s evolution within the MCU and the new adventures he will go on in his own film. Check it out below.

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Trailer: Spidey’s New Suit Has All Sorts Of Tricks and Toys

In the two film franchises that Spider-Man has been in, never has his suit been as technologically advanced as the one in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Though we didn’t see much of those advancements in Captain America: Civil War, it was a definite upgrade when compared to the homemade Spidey suit and goggles.

But Spider-Man: Homecoming will put all of the tech that Iron Man put into the suit on full display. And based on the new trailer, not only are there about 500 different ways to websling but there are also other tools that are at the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’s disposal. Michael Giacchino Tweets Familiar Snippet From His ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Score
  |

Michael Giacchino is, without a doubt in my mind, one of the best composers for film and television working today. Last year alone saw him apply his inventive musical chops to the popular blockbuster hits Doctor Strange and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

Well the man is back in the Marvel Cinematic Universe this summer as he is providing the score for the much-anticipated Spider-Man: Homecoming. As a little treat to close out this unadulterated whirlwind of a week on the planet Earth, Giacchino has released a brief snippet from his Homecoming soundtrack, which he recently completed. Longtime fans of Marvel Comics’ friendly neighborhood superhero will very likely recognize this upbeat number.

Check it out below.

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Trailer: The Webhead and Iron Man Build A Better Superhero
  |  @   |

In the age of the superhero shared universe, Spider-Man (Tom Holland) is by far the youngest of them all. He’s just a kid in high school who is still learning the ropes, and if he wants to become someone like Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), he’s going to have to learn how to play by the rules.

That’s what we see in the latest trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming. The trailer actually premiered during CinemaCon 2017 last night, but Sony is just releasing it to the public now. So why don’t you check it out below.
