On the show, the restaurant chain was a front for trafficking large quantities of methamphetamine, including eventually the “Blue Sky” variety created by Walter White, aka Heisenberg.

In a moment of life imitating art, Daniel Kowalski, who was arrested after police reportedly found methamphetamine manufacturing materials in his home such as glass beakers, burners, chemicals, and instructional materials for making controlled substances, can be seen in his arrest mugshot wearing a yellow Los Pollos Hermanos t-shirt.
