After a rousing panel at the San Diego Comic-Con this past weekend, 20th Century Fox has released the first set of X-Men: Apocalypse images. The gallery features our first look at Oscar Isaac (who looks unrecognizable) at the titular villain (who looks more like Ivan Ooze), as well as the debut of Alexandra Shipp as Ororo Munroe aka Storm, and Olivia Munn as Betsy Baddrock aka Pyslocke. We also get a look at Magneto’s new armor, as well as the students of the Xavier’s school surrounding their teacher in a familiar place.
While the Deadpool portion of Fox’s panel might have blown the roof off of San Diego Comic-Con 2015’s Hall H, it was X-Men: Apocalypse that brought the biggest lineup of stars.
The panel featured director Bryan Singer, Even Peters (Quicksilver), Lucas Till (Havoc), Lana Condor (Jubilee), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), James McAvoy (Professor Xavier), Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey/Phoenix), Oscar Isaac (Apocalypse), Olivia Munn (Psylocke), Ben Hardy (Angel), Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), and screenwriter Simon Kinberg.
Bryan Singer has been pushing very early looks at X-Men: Apocalypse. These photos are mostly concept art, but they give us an idea of what the film could look like. Today marks the first day of production for the X-Men sequel, and with it comes a new photo of Kodi Smit-McPhee as Nightcrawler.
20th Century Fox has released the third and final official trailer for X-Men: Days of Future Past.
The trailer shows plenty of footage of Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) going back in time to get help from the much younger mutants, the Sentinel threat, and the chaos going on in the present.
You can read a synopsis and check out the final X-Men: Days of Future Past trailer below.
The first official image from 20th Century Fox and Marvel Studios’ upcoming comic book movie, X-Men: First Class, has been released online.
The image is meant to show off much of the cast, with young Magneto (Michael Fassbender) and young Professor Xavier (James McAvoy) leading the charge in front of characters like (starting from the left behind Fassbender and making your way right toward McAvoy) Moira MacTaggert (Rose Byrne), Emma Frost (January Jones), Azazel (Jason Flemyng), Beast (Nicholas Hoult), Havoc (Lucas Till), Angel Salvadore (Zoe Kravitz), and Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence).
