Black Mirror is a sharp and witty satirical drama akin to The Twilight Zone, but with a more technological vibe. The show has explored many of those dangers with our obsession with technology, the inability to curb it, our reliance on it, and what would happen if there was no oversight.

And now Black Mirror will be back again for season five. Though it will have a significantly shorter season than any of the seasons that came before, it will still have the same major star power as any other season. Miley Cyrus, Anthony Mackie, and Topher Grace will all star in the three episodes that will appear this season. HBO recently released a teaser trailer for Sharp Objects, a limited series based on the book based on Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn‘s book of the same name.

The series stars Amy Adams, Patricia Clarkson, Chris Messina, Eliza Scanlen, Elizabeth Perkins, Matt Craven, Henry Czerny, Taylor John Smith, Sophia Lillis, and Madison Davenport. It’s directed by Jean-Marc Vallée (Big Little Lies, Dallas Buyers Club) and produced by Jason Blum (Get Out, Whiplash), with episodes written by Marti Noxon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, To the Bone), who also serves as showrunner.
