In the two previously releasedReady Player One trailers, you may have noticed several Easter eggs giving nods to films, animes, games, and so much more. And since Steven Spielberg is directing this adaptation of Ernest Cline‘s novel, it is safe to say that the film will have plenty of Easter Eggs from Spielberg films. But this adaptation would not be possible without the book, which draws much of its inspiration from Spielberg films.
Now Warner Bros. has released a brand new featurette that honors Spielberg’s works and acknowledges that the book and its film adaptation would not be at all possible without him. Check it out below.
Warner Bros. has released the latest trailer for Steven Spielberg‘s adaptation of Ready Player One, Ernest Cline’s novel about a world where humans escape to the virtual world called The Oasis, where all their dreams can be a reality. The first trailer only scratched the surface of the film’s setting and what awaits players when they enter The Oasis. But it showed that it was chock full of pop culture artifacts and icons like The Iron Giant and the DeLorean from Back To The Future.
Now this newest trailer provides a bit more context and the plot. At stake, half a trillion dollars plus full control of the Oasis to the player who can find the creator’s Easter Egg that has been hidden in this vast land. So as you can imagine, players and corporate tycoons will literally jump at the chance to find that Easter egg, and kill anyone who gets in their way. Check out the latest trailer for the film below.
While Christopher Nolan has stepped away from the superhero genre for quite some time, he’s still in the business of large-scale epic films. The Interstellar director will be taking audiences to the past by revisiting one of the most critical events in World War II. Dunkirk is based on the real-life aftermath of the Battle of Dunkirk, which saw the Allied Forces (Britain, Belgium, Canada, and France) suffering a major blow to their military force and then stranded on the French coast. With the German army surrounding them, the Allied Forces execute Operation Dynamo, which helped evacuate the stranded soldiers in what is considered one of the most successful rescue missions of the war.

Warner Brothers has released the first full trailer for Dunkirk, the World War II drama from the Dark Knight trilogy, Inception, and Interstellar director Christopher Nolan. We saw a brief teaser trailer for the movie back in August.
The movie tells the story of the Dunkirk evacuation, an operation to remove hundreds of thousands of Allied soldiers who were trapped on a beach, surrounded by German forces, with nowhere to retreat except the ocean.

Roald Dahl is one of the greatest children’s book authors of all time, and the films made of his stories are usually very good to all-time classics. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was written by Dahl himself back in 1971, and before the bizarre Tim Burton big screen adaptation starring Johnny Depp, there was the beloved Gene Wilder version, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. Since then we’ve gotten excellent work in films like The Witches, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Matilda, and James and the Giant Peach. Take the finest child author and combine him with the greatest living director, Steven Spielberg, and you get a the potential for a classic in the making: Disney’s The BFG“¦ Big Friendly Giant.
