‘Mary Poppins Returns’ Special Look Video Takes A Magical Dive To An Animated World

You’d be hard-pressed not to smile at anything from Mary Poppins Returns, including this new special look video Disney has released. Every new look continues to exude a sense of joy and delight. Though it has been decades since the first film starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke hit theaters, the sequel looks like it will carry on its legacy.

This time, Emily Blunt stars in the title role and will care for the Banks family once more when their family has run into a bit of trouble again. Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Whishaw, Emily Mortimer, Julie Walters, Meryl Streep, Dick Van Dyke, Angela Lansbury, Colin Firth, Pixie Davies, Nathanael Saleh, and Joel Dawson also star. ‘Mary Poppins Returns’ Trailer: Everything Is Possible… Even The Impossible

Disney has released the newest trailer for Rob Marshall‘s Mary Poppins Returns starring Emily Blunt as the title character who returns to help the Banks’ family in their time of need. The film is a follow-up to the 1964 original which was released almost 54 years ago. Disney Dates ‘Indiana Jones 5,’ ‘Maleficent 2,’ Marvel Mystery Movie, More

Walt Disney Studios’ future continues to look bright, even if they have to reschedule some of their more popular titles. They’ve got their own titles, Pixar, Marvel Studios, and Lucasfilm. It’s hard not to have success with those properties at your disposal.

And now you can expect to see some schedule shifting. Indiana Jones 5 is now moving all the way up to 2021. It has been 54 years since Mary Poppins gave the world her valuable lessons and wondrous magic. Now Disney, the studio that first brought us the film adaptation, is ready to give us an update of the eponymous English nanny with a new semi-sequel titled Mary Poppins Returns. This time Emily Blunt plays the titular character that was first portrayed by Julie Andrews.
