In Creed II Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan) finds himself staring across the ring at Viktor Drago (Florian Munteanu). The stakes are higher than they have ever been, and a fight has never been more personal. That’s because Viktor is of course the son of Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren), who fought Adonis’s father Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers) in Rocky IV before going on to face Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone).
MGM has released a new promo video for Creed II, which takes a closer look at the return of Ivan Drago. It offers a little more information on why this fight means so much to him.
You can find the video below along with some other recently released promos for the movie.

However, the sequel will see his past catch up to him, as the son of Ivan Drago issues a challenge to Adonis. With his coach Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) and Bianca (Tessa Thompson) by his side, Adonis will have to find out what is worth fighting for.
