New Trailer For Terry Gilliam’s ‘The Man Who Killed Don Quixote’ Released

A new official trailer has been released for The Man Who Killed Don Quixote, the passion project of writer and director Terry Gilliam that has been in the works for over a quarter of a century now.

But the trailer brings with it some bad news for Gilliam fans who have long been waiting for the opportunity to finally see it come to life on the big screen: the film will be available to see in theaters for one night only.

‘The Man Who Killed Don Quixote’ Trailer: Terry Gilliam’s Passion Project Sees The Light Of Day

Terry Gilliam has made numerous attempts to adapt Miguel de CervantesDon Quixote into a film for the last 20 years. There were a total of eight attempts, and each ended in some sort of failure due to budgets, weather, or in some cases noise pollution. But now Gilliam can finally bring his passion project to life. And there is the first look at the film.

A new trailer has just dropped giving us an idea of a contemporary adaptation of the novel. In it, we see Adam Driver, playing Toby Grisoni, an ad exec who has taken on the role of Sancho Panza, Don Quixote’s faithful squire; and Jonathan Pryce as Don Quixote, an old man convinced he is the famous literature character.

Official Trailer For ‘Johnny English Strikes Again’ Released

Universal Pictures has released an official trailer for Johnny English Strikes Again, the third entry in the franchise which stars Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean, The Lion King, Love Actually) in the title role.

The new movie, which follows 2003’s Johnny English and 2011’s Johnny English Reborn, involves a cyber-attack which leads to English coming out of retirement to help.

Red Band Trailer For ‘The Death Of Stalin’ From ‘Veep’ and ‘In The Loop’s Armando Iannucci Released

A red band trailer has been released for The Death of Stalin, the latest political satire from Armando Iannucci, the Emmy-winning creator of Veep and Oscar-nominated director of In the Loop.

The movie follows a group of people engaged in a power struggle to take control of the Soviet Union following the death of Joseph Stalin in 1953. It stars Steve Buscemi, Jeffrey Tambor, Simon Russell Beale, Paddy Considine, Rupert Friend, Jason Isaacs, Olga Kurylenko, Michael Palin, and Andrea Riseborough.

2077: Jack Harper (Tom Cruise) is one of the last remaining drone repairmen stationed on Earth, which was nearly destroyed by an alien invasion 60 years earlier.

As part of a massive operation to extract the planet’s remaining vital resources, Jack lives in a Skytower floating thousands of meters above post-apocalyptic New York.

He is joined by Victoria “Vika” Olsen (Andrea Riseborough), a by-the-books navigator with whom he shares a romantic interest. In his Bubbleship – a futuristic hybrid of a jet fighter and a Bell 47 helicopter – Jack works with Vika to repair downed drones and dispatch “Scavs” – the aliens who turned Earth into a wasteland.

Their mission is almost complete. In two weeks Jack and Vika will leave Earth behind forever as they travel to Titan, Saturn’s largest moon. There they will join a lunar colony established by Earth’s survivors. The fateful arrival of a stranger (Olga Kurylenko), however, triggers a series of events that forces Jack to question everything he knows about the war and its aftermath.
