Spoilers for Scream…
MTV’s Scream has splattered the network with blood and gore each of the last two summers. Fitting with the season, they released a special 2-hour Halloween Special for Season 3. Poor Emma (Willa Fitzgerald) has had to deal with a lot these past two seasons. Season 1’s killer, Piper Shaw (Amelia Rose Blaire), turned out to be her half sister. And when she was killed off, we found she had an unknown accomplice. Turns out Kieran (Amadeus Serafini) was said accomplice, and he was Emma’s boyfriend. Considering her first boyfriend on the show was brutally hacked up season 1, Emma is NOT doing too well in the love department.

Last week, Scream finally hit its stride with the best episode of the new season. After “Jake” left a bottle of expensive tequila on the porch for Kieran’s birthday, everyone drank and went on a crazy hallucinogenic trip. The killer spiked the bottle and set about attacking Emma (Willa Fitzgerald), except good ole dad (Tom Everett Scott) showed up right in time. Brooke (Carlson Young) had visions of Jake (Tom Maden) dancing through her head, which was better for her then what happened later, as the Lady of Lake finalists reveal was interrupted by a Carrie-esque blood shower and Jake’s lifeless body falling to the school stage. Now everyone knows and sees that the killing has not stopped and someone has taken up Piper Shay’s mantle. In the tradition of the season, all the episodes are named for classic horror films, tonight’s titled Dawn of the Dead.

Last week on Dominion, we got a way way back flashback of Sodom and Gomorrah. Seems that Michael (Tom Wisdom) and Lyrae go and destroy everything, but Michael comes back furious with Lyrae. He kills his vessel. In the present it seems Julian (Simon Merrells)is not this miracle human at all, but somethig else. This does not bode well for anyone. I do hope this means that Gabriel (Carl Beukes) and Michael will team up to get rid of Julian. I kinda like Gabriel, even though he wants to skin my Alex (Christopher Egan). Speaking of… he was super busy evading 8-Balls, rescuing General Riesen (Alan Dale), curing another 8-Ball, and kissing Noma (Kim Engelbrecht). Don’t worry about Claire (Roxanne McKee) though. She’s making goo-goo eyes at Gates (Nic Bishop), while they figure out where Zoe (Christina Chong) went, and who is a traitor. Michael sacrificed himself for Laurel, but don’t worry. He’s okay.

Last week on Dominion, Alex (Christopher Egan), Noma (Kim Engelbrecht), and the former 8-Ball-turned human, get captured by Julian (Simon Merrells), the leader of New Delphi. Alex really wants to strike a deal because of their mutual hate of Gabriel (Carl Beukes). Julian is skeptical, but is more inclined to once Gabriel shows up for Alex, and if Alex retrieves a key for him in an 8-ball pit. Michael (Tom Wisdom) inadvertantly causes an innocent to be killed in Mallory. And Claire (Roxanne McKee) sets David (Anthony Head) up with a trained naked 8-Ball (ok really it was Arika – Shivani Ghai).
