WARNING: Spoilers for HBO’s Game Of Thrones….

Last week’s Game Of Thrones was CRAZY! Winterfell sisters Sansa and Arya were seemingly at each other’s throats and it could turn deadly. Sansa ordered her protector Brienne of Tarth to King’s Landing in her stead to Cersei’s gathering. Tyrion commented to Daenerys that Jon Snow is in love with her, and she played coy at the idea. Beyond the Wall, Jon Snow and his group – Tormund, Beric Dondarrion, Thoros of Myr, The Hound, Gendry, and Ser Jorah Mormont – were on a mission to abduct a wight to bring back to Cersei to prove that Winter has come and that the Night King is marching on them with his army of the dead. While they were at it, said army found them and surrounded them. It looked like this was the end (again) for Jon Snow, until Daenerys rode in on her dragons to save them! During the rescue, Viserion was killed by the Night King, who them reanimated the dragon to be part of his zombie army. On their way back to Dragonstone, Daenerys and Jon shared a moment that shows us that they are falling in love. Also, Jon swore fealty to her as his Queen, and she vowed to defeat the Night King.

WARNING: Spoilers for HBO’s Game Of Thrones….

Several big reveals were included in last week’s episode of Game Of Thrones: Jaime’s alive!; Gendry is back!; Cersei tells Jaime she’s pregnant with his baby and that she will publicly claim him as the father; and Gilly inadvertently discovers that Rhaegar Targaryen “” older brother of Daenerys “” had had his marriage to Elia Martell annulled and then immediately married Lyanna Stark, which means that Jon Snow is not a bastard, but a true-born Targaryen. Which means that he’s actually the rightful heir to the throne of Westeros! Unfortunately, Gilly and Sam — who have now left the Citadel — don’t know the significance of this tidbit, since presumably only Bran knows Jon’s true parentage. The episode also had Littlefinger driving a wedge between Arya and Sansa, and Jon Snow and his group zipping around Westeros until they ended up at the title destination, Eastwatch. There, Jon rounded up his posse – Tormund, Beric Dondarrion, Thoros of Myr, The Hound, Gendry, and Ser Jorah Mormont – to go BEYOND THE WALL (which is where they are going on this week’s episode). Their ill-conceived, incredibly moronic mission North is to capture one of the wights to bring back to King’s Landing to show to Cersei to prove to her that the undead army exists and they are coming for the living. They hope this will bring about an armistice between Queen Cersei and Queen Daenerys, because if they can’t defeat the undead, then there will be no one left living to rule.

WARNING: Spoilers for HBO’s Game Of Thrones….

On last week’s Game Of Thrones, oh man, oh man, there be DRAGONS and Dragon Fire!! But first, at Winterfell, Littlefinger gave Bran the Valyrian steel dagger that kicked off the War of the Five Kings, but why did he do this? Bran then gave the weapon to his sister, Arya, who has finally returned home, but she’s not the little girl everyone remembers — she’s a deadly warrior now. How does her sister Lady Sansa feel about that? Not too thrilled, it seems. Arya wants to train with Brienne of Tarth, who was impressed by the girl’s fighting style. On Dragonstone, Jon Snow showed Daenerys cave drawings beneath keep that prove that the First Men and Children of the Forest aligned to fight the White Walkers. After seeing this, Daenerys told Jon she will help him fight the undead threat… if he bends the knee to her. Later, cowardly Theon and some Greyjoy crewmen arrived to see the Queen, but she was gone! Where did she go? Cue Daenerys riding the dragon Drogon into battle with her Dothraki horde against the Lannister army, led by Jaime. Drogon suffered a minor injury in the fray that downed him, but he still had his fire power. As Jaime foolishly charged at Daenerys, Drogon let out a blast of fire, but Jaime was saved from the flames when someone knocked him from his horse at the last second. But the knight was knocked into the bay and was last seen sinking down in the water wearing his heavy armor and sporting his golden prosthetic hand. Will Jaime survive this? And if he does, will he be captured by Daenerys or will he make it back to King’s Landing to his love Cersei?

WARNING: Spoilers for HBO’s Game Of Thrones….

Last week’s episode of Game Of Thrones saw the long-awaited meeting between Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow, and while there might not have been the chemistry we were hoping for from the start, it was still an exciting moment. Daenerys agreed to provide Jon with the dragonglass he needs to fight the White Walkers. Meanwhile, Daenerys’ allies were bested by Cersei: The Unsullied army found a sparse Casterly Rock, where Euron Greyjoy’s fleet burned their ships; Euron also captured his niece Yara to bring to Cersei, along with Ellaria Sand and her daughter Tyene, who Cersei got her ultimate cruel revenge on. Jaime and the Lannister army slaughtered the Tyrell forces at Highgarden, where Olenna Tyrell met her end, but she got the last word: She tells Jaime to tell Cersei that it was she who killed Joffrey.

This week’s episode, Episode 7.4 “The Spoils of War,” opens up with Jaime Lannister and his forces (including the Tarlys) in the Reach coming from their attack on Highgarden, where they slaughtered the Tyrells and their army, riding off with their gold and provisions. Bronn is there by Jaime’s side, bitching about how he never got the prize he was promised – a castle of his own. Jaime is giving Jon Snow a run for his money in the brooding department, which Bronn points out. Jaime is on his way to deliver all that Tyrell gold to Cersei at King’s Landing, so she can repay their debt to the Iron Bank.
