What a fantastic episode! Brooklyn Nine-Nine was a clear winner this week. The one-liners had me cackling very two minutes. Jake (Andy Samberg) and Boyle (Jo Lo Truglio) were on the DeAngelo case – four mob guys stole 21 million dollars. They went to prison, but the money was never found. They are all out of jail, and now they are dying one at a a time. Jake believes the killer will lead them to the money. Captain Holt (Andre Braugher) believes that his arch nemesis, Madeline Wuntch (guest star Kyra Sedgewick), is looking for him to fail. It is quite surprising (and kinda sad) when we find out her ulterior motive.
The Last Man on Earth Season 1 Episode 4: “Sweet Melissa”

We are now up to our third week and 4th episode of Will Forte‘s new vehicle The Last Man on Earth and we’ve seen a plethora of wish fulfillment, criminal acts, and gross hygiene habits one might partake of/in if he/she were the last man/woman on Earth. There were margarita and toilet pools, stolen fine art, bowling with cars, shooting open doors, and stealing the Oval Office rug in Episode 1.1 “Alive in Tucson”and 1.2 “the Elephant in the Room”. Then he met Carol (Kristen Schaal), who made him marry her before they could start on the repopulating. In Episode 1.3 “Raisin Balls and Wedding Bells,” Phil and Carol really start to get along as she was kind of a trooper and participated in his weird hobbies.
