During Microsoft’s E3 2019 press conference, a game was unveiled that we’ve been waiting for a long time, a new Battletoads. This new release will be coming to Xbox and Xbox Game Pass.
You can check out the new gameplay trailer after the break.
If you play developer Rare’s online pirate game Sea of Thieves but haven’t been able to convince your friends to buy a copy so you can play with them, now is your chance to try to woo them.
It’s been announced that for the next week, Sea of Thieves players will be able to invite a few of their friends to join them in their pirating adventures. And best of all, it won’t cost them a single coin.
You can find all of the information below along with a trailer for the friends play free promotion.
It’s been a month now since Sea of Thieves launched, and response has been quite mixed. Some enjoy the game for what it is, while others have been disappointed by the final product.
I personally very much enjoy the world developer Rare created, but did hope that some changes and more content were coming to the game to justify the $60 price tag. Now the first details on some of the post-launch content planned for Sea of Thieves have been revealed. You can find out all about them below.
Sea of Thieves Xbox One
DEVELOPER: Rare
PUBLISHER: Microsoft Studios
RELEASE DATE: March 20, 2018
If you’ve been at all interested in Sea of Thieves, the new shared world pirate adventure game from developer Rare, chances are you’ve read a review or two for the game since its launch last week to see if it’s worth checking out. I’m here to offer a bit of a different perspective on the game than others.
This is a game meant to be played with friends or even total strangers. You join up with others, and set off pirate adventures together. But I’m not someone who often plays multiplayer and co-op type games, unless it’s quick competitive matches in something like Rocket League. I much prefer single-player games I can get lost in without having to worry about what other players are doing. That said I’ve been intrigued by the look of Sea of Thieves since we first saw it, and since there is an option to play alone I simply couldn’t help but dive in head first and see how a lonely pirate might fare.
A new live-action trailer for the shared-world pirate adventure game Sea of Thieves has been released titled “Museum of More Pirate.”
The trailer features The Goonies, Lord of the Rings, and Stranger Things star Sean Astin as a curator in a pirate museum. And while Lord of the Rings and Stranger Things are great, it’s fans of The Goonies who are going to be most interested in watching this trailer, even if you don’t intend on playing the actual game.
Check it out below along with more on the new trailer.
