The best places to find horror movies are on streaming sites. Most of the horror that ends up in theatres are money grabs that rely totally on jump scares and cheap parlor tricks… I’m talking movies like Ouija, Annabelle, and the dreadful looking, upcoming Sinister 2. But horror fans can rely on sites like Netflix to update regularly, and breathe some fresh air into otherwise stale genres. The Trailer Park Boys are a Canadian comedy troupe that has amassed a rabid fan following over the years. The comedy troupe has already spawned a hit series and one movie released on DVD in America. Now their second film, Countdown to Liquor Day, has also found its way to the States.

The Trailer Park Boys are Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles. When the film begins, they are being released from jail after serving two-year sentences. However, when they return to their beloved Sunnyvale Trailer Park, the whole place is deserted. Most of Sunnyvale’s tenants have moved to a new trailer park run by their archenemy Jim Lahey and his boyfriend Randy. Eventually, Julian creates a crazy, illegal scheme to save their home and the hijinks begin.
