Spoilers for Scream Queens

After four long weeks, Scream Queens is back! Breaking for both the World Series and the Presidential Election, Scream Queens now reclaims its tuesday night time slot. Frankly after the election produced real horror, I need some good fake horror back in my life. When we last left the hospital, Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) was attacked and left for dead by the Green Meanie who also disposed of Denise Hemphill (Niecy Nash) via electrocution. Hester (Lea Michele) has also escaped and may or may not be aiding the Meanie in their revenge killings.

Spoilers for Scream Queens

Sorry this is late, but Tuesday night was Amy Schumer at Madison Square Garden in NYC… but here’s what’s happening on Scream Queens. My poor sweet Chad Radwell (Glen Powell) is dead. I have not, and will not recover. His body fell Suspiria-style through the stained glass ceiling at his supposed wedding to Chanel (Emma Roberts). The CURE Institute has been shockingly successful at finding cures for bizarre ailments, while at the same time being horrible at keeping its patients alive post-cure. The Green Meanie continues to wreak have on the hospital now run by Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis). Thirty years ago on Halloween night, a patient was ignored and died thanks to the staff who then dumped his body in the swamp. Now, in order to try to lure the killer out, the current gang are having their own hospital Halloween party.

Spoilers for Scream Queens

On Scream Queens, The CURE Institute is losing its patients (pun intended). Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) is in danger of watching her hospital go up in smoke thanks a killer in a green monster suit who drips ooze. Two weeks ago, poor Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) saw her chance for love end at the end of the swamp killer’s blade. Chad Radwell (Glen Powell) showed up to fight for Chanel (Emma Roberts) and his panicked friend also met a vicious end. Everyone is on edge and desperation is seeping in”¦ so much so that they even go to the asylum and pay Hester (Lea Michele) a visit. She immediately connects the killings to the hospital murders from 30 years earlier when doctors dumped a body in the swamp and someone returned to wipe out an entire hospital staff.

Spoilers for Scream Queens

Last week on Scream Queens, we welcomed the Chanels back into pathetic little lives. Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts), Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd), and Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) are free from captivity and are enlisted as new medical students in a hospital for “special” rare cases run by none other than Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis). Of course the second the Chanels show up, patients start getting murdered in gruesome ways, like the poor werewolf girl who was beheaded while enjoying a warm bath. You see thirty years earlier on Halloween, doctors at the hospital murdered a sick patient for having the audacity to need treatment during the Halloween party. The victim left behind a grieving wife and an unborn baby”¦ yeah, just like season 1, there’s a total 80s plot behind the season. Unlike last season’s Red Devil Killer sporting the campus mascot, this killer dons a green monster costume, a monster than legend says haunts the swamps surrounding the hospital”¦

Spoilers for Scream Queens

Last year, the creators of American Horror Story and Glee smashed those two shows together and its crazy offspring was Scream Queens, a horror-comedy filled with quirky dialogue and ridiculous characters that starred the original “Scream Queen” herself, Jamie Lee Curtis. The show was a season-long modern version of the 80s slasher, complete with a masked killer, vicious and bloody murders, and of course, a bevy of sexy young stars to slice and dice through. Despite their being a psycho killer dressed as a Red Devil campus mascot, the main antagonist was Chanel #1 (Emma Roberts), the leader of Kappa House and the Chanels. Curtis played Dean Cathy Munsch, and both were as bad or worse than a killer with a penchant for deaths involving gardening tools and chainsaws.
