Marvel released a new trailer for their Inhumans TV series during San Diego Comic-Con 2017. If you missed it, you can check out the first trailer as well.
The show stars Anson Mount (Hell on Wheels) as Black Bolt, Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones) as Maximus, Serinda Swan (Percy Jackson & the Olympians) as Medusa, and Ken Leung (LOST) as Karnak.
Marvel has no shortage of properties they can use to adapt for the big or small screen. Considering how popular television has become, it’s no surprise that the studio would want to have a piece of that market. Now we are getting our first look at two of their newest shows. The Inhumans, which was once a film that has now become a TV series, though that doesn’t mean it won’t be getting the film treatment as its pilot will debut in IMAX theaters. Runaways is the second show. While it won’t have anything as grand as The Inhumans, the show has already been picked up by Hulu, so that’s a very good sign. Check out the first images and a teaser for The Inhumans, below.
The cast for superhero shows have grown exponentially in the past week or so, with Fox’s untitled X-Men series adding Gotham‘s Jamie Chung as Blink, while Marvel’s Inhumans has cast Game of Thrones‘ Iwan Rheonas Maximus and Hell on Wheels‘ Anson Mount and Graceland‘s Serinda Swanas Black Bolt and Medusa.
Now you can add one more to the Inhumans cast. According to new reports, Lost alum and Star Wars: The Force Awakens actor Ken Leung will be joining Rheon, Mount, and Swan. More on the story below.
Two more leads have been cast for Marvel’s Inhumans, the upcoming live-action TV series.
Hell on Wheels star Anson Mount has been cast in the role of Black Bolt, the king of the Inhumans, while Graceland star Serinda Swan has been cast in the role of the Queen of the Inhumans, Medusa. The pair join Game of Thrones star Iwan Rheon, who was announced for the role of Black Bolt’s brother, Maximus, last week.
The teaser trailer for The Veil, the upcoming fantasy-action movie starring William Levy, has been released.
Watch the teaser trailer here below.
In The Veil, Levy, who starred in this year’s Addicted and is a former Dancing with the Stars contestant, is “a warrior who turns on his own empire and rises to the defense of an oppressed civilization in a final war for a dying world.” William Moseley, Serinda Swan, and Nick Tarabay also star in the Brent Ryan Green-directed film.
