Warning! Spoilers below Arrow 5.22 “Missing.”
Last week, Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) finally caught Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra), albeit too easily. The gang is in rare celebratory mode, but c’mon this is Arrow, that won’t last. The show opens with a hilarious back and forth between Quentin (Paul Blackthorne) & Mayor Queen:

Last time on Arrow, because of the psychological and physical torture Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra) subjected him to, Oliver (Stephen Amell) decided to disband the team, and also officially ended things with Susan (Carly Pope). He called in the Bratva to handle Chase, who ran around taunting him. The team was aghast and fought the Bratva because the deal let them take medicine. Oliver came to his senses, but Anatoly (David Nykl) declared war. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and the Helix outed Chase, who killed his protective guard and escaped with a smile.

There is chaos in Star City… so the usual for Mayor Oliver Queen aka The Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) and his team. After putting away three escaped convicts, Oliver faces threats of all shapes and sizes this week including Prometheus, Vigilante, impeachment, his sister becoming a vindictive politician, and a reporter girlfriend finding out his secret identity – you know regular Arrow stuff.

Last week on Arrow, Oliver (Stephen Amell) thought his dreams came true when Laurel (Katie Cassidy) came walking into the lair. We all knew what Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) soon suspected, that she was Black Siren from Earth-2. Working with Prometheus, she pretended she was being forced (although it seemed like it was partly not pretending). Oliver was bent on trying to save her, but a showdown between the team and the villains proved to everyone (still not Oliver), that there was no redemption for this Laurel).
Arrow Season 4 Episode 7: “Brotherhood”
Directed by James Bamford
Written by Speed Weed & Keto Shimizu
Created by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg
Starring Stephen Amell, Katie Cassidy, David Ramsey, Willa Holland, Emily Bett Rickards, John Barrowman, Paul Blackthorne, Caity Lotz The CW

Last week on Arrow, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) finally finds Ray (Brandon Routh)! Except that he is really tiny and being held captive in a teeny glass box by Damian Darhk (Neal McDonough). There’s an elaborate rescue plan (isn’t there always?), helped tremendously by Lance (Paul Blackthorne), which involves Oliver’s captivity. Hopefully, getting Ray back will help Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity get back on track. Although it was fun watching Diggle (David Ramsey) and Oliver bond over whisky and relationships. Felicity’s mom (guest star Charlotte Ross) shows up, and of course that drives Ms. Smoak cuckoo. Sara (Caity Lotz) leaves town.
