George Clooney In Talks To Direct Coen Brothers’ ‘Suburbicon’
  |  @   |

George Clooney and The Coen Brothers have a very healthy working relationship. Together, they have worked on four films: O Brother Where Art Thou, Intolerable Cruelty, Burn After Reading, and come next year, Hail, Caesar! But of all those films, Clooney has only starred in them, not directed. So the Coen Brothers’ next project might be that paradigm shift in their working relationship.

There is a new report coming out that says Clooney is in talks to direct Suburbicon from the Coen Brothers, a project that has been gestating for over a decade. More on the story below.

‘Fargo’ Season 2 Trailer: “I’d Like A Chocolate Glaze”
  |  @   |

Season 2 of Fargo will take an interesting turn. Instead of moving forward, the series will turn back time and be set in a post-Vietnam War era. Lou Solverson, who was played by Keith Carradine in season 1, will be played by Patrick Wilson in season 2. Having just returned from Vietnam, Solverson has been assigned to investigate a crime between a small-town gang and a major Mob syndicate.

As you can see in the trailer below, it looks like season 2 will be just as dark and twisted as season 1. Not to mention just as funny.

‘The Big Lebowski,’ ‘Saving Private Ryan,’ ‘Ferris Bueller,’ More Added To National Film Registry
  |

Every year since 1989 the Library of Congress’ National Film Registry has selected twenty-five short films and full-length features to be recognized, in the words of the librarian of Congress James H. Coen Brothers’ ‘Hail Caesar!’ Adds Scarlett Johansson, Jonah Hill
  |  @   |

The Coen Brothers‘ films have always had a strong cast, but none as eclectic and powerful as Hail Caesar! The film already has cast a few Coen Brothers film alum members like George Clooney, Tilda Swinton, and Josh Brolin. The three will be joined by Channing Tatum and Ralph Fiennes. Now the film about Hollywood in the ’50s will be adding Scarlett Johansson and Jonah Hill.

This will be a reunion of sorts for Johansson who has worked with the Coen Brothers once before in The Man Who Wasn’t There; as well as for Hill, who will reunite with 21 Jump Street co-star Tatum for a fourth time. Hit the jump to see what they will play.
