It’s pretty clear that the Screen Actors Guild is completely blown away by the performances in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, as it took home three SAG awards. The film, which pretty much did the same at the Golden Globes, has been a bit polarizing due to the film’s content.
Last night, the film took home awards for best actress, best supporting actor, and best cast. Meanwhile, the big winners on the TV side include This Is Us and Big Little Lies. Check out the full list of winners below.
Summit Entertainment has released a new TV spot for their upcoming Christmas Day 3D sci-fi thriller The Darkest Hour, and you can check it out here below.
The Darkest Hour tells the story of five young adults who find themselves trapped in Moscow during an alien invasion and must fight back against their otherworldly oppressors.
Aliens appear to be the new cinematic flavor of the week.
Be it invasion pictures like Battle: LA or simply films based in a world where aliens exist like District 9, extraterrestrials are a hot commodity in the film world as of this moment. And now it’s Timur Bekmambetov‘s turn. The producer behind the upcoming alien invasion pic The Darkest Hour has just seen a new motion poster for the film released, and I must say, even as a motion poster, it’s kind of bland.
