Where the hell was this book when I was younger? Do you know how tough it was out there in the years before “Geek Enlightenment” existed? Okay, well maybe some of you do. And now that it’s chic to be geek, you would think there wouldn’t still be a need for a book like this. But you, my friend, couldn’t be more wrong. The Geek’s Guide To Dating is not just entertaining, it’s just as helpful as a Prima strategy guide.

Amid all the references to Doctor Who, Star Trek, and numerous video games, there is a massive amount of useful knowledge. Whether you have trouble meeting that certain someone in a chat room or (gasp) real life, this little self-help book has several hints (cheat codes, if you will) to assist in making it to the next level without getting shot down. Because, let’s be honest, there aren’t a whole lot of save points in life. And you most certainly cannot reboot your story to issue #1 in order to pretend an event didn’t happen.
