That’s right, that dream–haunting mascot that Burger King has been using in their commercial for years, has finally been slain.
After low numbers and falling significantly behind rival McDonalds, new ownership and a new marketing team are taking notes from their golden arches nemesis with plans to concentrate more on the actual product than amusement and laughs (or in this particular case, fear and horror), and will not be using “The King” anymore…at least not anytime soon.
