This week, Steve Ballmer says goodbye to Microsoft, Tesla puts their money where their cars are, Google gets ready to welcome kids, YouTube plans a subscription service, and the internet gets cold and wet for charity.
A new video from The Onion has been spreading around the ‘net like wildfire the past couple of days, and for good reason.
The video plays as a parody of The Today Show, called Today Now!, where the two hosts interview the screenwriter behind the latest installment in the Fast and the Furious franchise, Fast Five. The catch is that the writer, Chris Morgan, is only 5 years old, making for quite the hilarious little clip.
Morgan shares his approach to writing the script and how he wanted to see it come to life, as well as if we’ll see any sequels and just how many are planned. He even touches on his work on the Angelina Jolie flick, Wanted!
Those silly folks over at The Onion have a video news report on the fan reaction to the new Star Trek.
The Onion News Network reports that Trekkies are “bashing” the film for being fun and enjoyable. One of the fans interview said of the new film that they were “really disappointed that the storyline made sense,” while another wondered “Where was the stiff acting?”
The news report comes complete with in-studio analysis of the fan backlash from their entertainment reporter.
