The crowd was buzzing at the start of Amazon’s panel for their new scripted drama, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, as its lead star and executive producer John Krasinski — who plays the titular character — hit the stage. Along with moderator Terry Schwartz, Krasinski was accompanied by co-star Abbie Cornish, and executive producers Carlton Cuse and Graham Roland.
Fans were treated to a couple of scenes from the show, the initial clip being the first seven minutes of the premiere episode.
Amazon Prime Video has become a competitive powerhouse in online streaming, and Prime members will get another thrilling drama to add to their queues in 2018: the latest iteration of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan starring executive producer John Krasinski (13 Hours, The Office), Wendell Pierce (Ray Donovan, The Wire), and Abbie Cornish (Limitless). Geeks of Doom had the chance to sit down at New York Comic Con 2017 with Pierce and Cornish, along with showrunner and executive producer Carlton Cuse (Lost, The Strain, Bates Motel) and executive producer Graham Roland (Almost Human).
Mr. Tom Clancy left us in 2013, but his name lives on. Ubisoft brought three different titles bearing the Clancy name to E3 2015: Tom Clancy’s The Division, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege.
Ubisoft brought a whole lot of the latter title to share with excited fans. First there was a stage presentation, which consisted of a trailer featuring a very realistic video game version of Angela Bassett (before Miss Bassett herself came out) and a live co-op mission. They also released some new trailers for the game, including the Bassett one which introduces a new threat known as the White Masks, a terrorist hunt co-op trailer, and a multiplayer trailer.
You can check out all of these Rainbow Six: Siege videos below.
That’s right, Tom Clancy’s The Division is back at E3. The game was one of the best titles revealed at E3 2013, looking so insanely realistic that many had trouble believing it was possible. Unfortunately, after games like Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed Unity failed to live up to how great they looked, it seemed likely that this too would never be what we hoped it would be.
Even so, the game is still pushing forward, and a new gameplay demo showing off an area called the “Dark Zone” and trailer have been shared at E3 2015. Additionally, an actual release date for the game has been announced, believe it or not! Ubisoft has announced that the game will hit store shelves for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on March 8, 2016.

Back in June, we found out that Ubisoft’s hit video game series, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, was being made into a movie. Most people tend to shrug off video games being turned into movies, as they tend to be on the not-so-enjoyable side of the line. But now comes word of a fast-rising superstar joining the cast.
Tom Hardy, who played Bane in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy-maker, The Dark Knight Rises, and also starred in films such as Inception and Lawless, has signed on for a role in the Splinter Cell movie. The script will be written by Eric Warren Singer (The International).
