When we first reported that Moana producer Osnat Shurer would be teaming up with Crazy Rich Asians writer Adele Lim for an animated feature that would have Asian elements running through it and a female protagonist, I was very excited. And now I am even more pumped for it after learning more about this upcoming Walt Disney Animation Studios feature on Saturday at the D23 Expo. See more below for our on-site coverage from D23.

And with the help of her sister Anna (Kristen Bell), the ice collecting Kristoff (Jonathan Groff), and cheery snowman Olaf (Josh Gad), they will discover that there may be more to Elsa’s powers than meets the eye. Reilly) and Vanellope (Sarah Silverman) on an all-new adventure across the digital space. Their search for a valuable replacement part to help fix Vanellope’s game Sugar Rush takes the two to the Internet, where they run to all sorts of new characters like the tough street racing queen Shank (Gal Gadot) and trend-setting algorithm Yesss (Taraji P. This very fun sequel comes with a number of equally fun, but very standard, bonus features. However, they may be of interest to those who love a deep dive into the animation and story process. These features take a look at all of those layers and how each team must work in tandem to make sure everything fits together nicely. Check out a mini film review plus a review of all the bonus features below.

‘Ralph Breaks The Internet’ Video: Watch Vanellope Sing “A Place Called Slaughter Race” In Its Entirety
  |  @   |

Among one of the best things about Ralph Breaks The Internet is when Princess Vanellope (Sarah Silverman) sings “A Place Called Slaughter Race.” It is a hilarious satire on Disney songs where a princess has their own musical moments and expresses their search for what they truly desire through song. The self-deprecating sequence pokes fun at how these princesses break into song spontaneously and is set against the grimy and deadly world of the racing game Slaughter Race.

Now fans of that song can now experience it in all its fun and silly glory with the newly released “A Place Called Slaughter Race” music video. Check it out below.
