Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara Steps Down In The Wake Of New Scandal

Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara, who has been leading the studio since 2013, and helped launched the DCEU and the Fantastic Beasts film franchises, will be stepping down as of today in the wake of a new sex scandal, according to THR. The decision comes after a number of explicit texts between him and actress Charlotte Kirk was leaked to the public that revealed that the CEO would offer acting roles to the actress in exchange for sex. Jason Momoa’s King Of Atlantis Will Battle Black Manta In ‘Aquaman’

Suicide Squad is out and kicking butt at the box office despite withering reviews. Wonder Woman is in post-production and expected to be one of the big blockbusters of next summer. Justice League is still filming and hopes to pack theaters and reap riches the following November. Next on deck is Aquaman, which has yet to begin filming under the direction of James Wan (The Conjuring, Furious 7) but is locking up a fine cast headed by star Jason Momoa (who makes his screen debut as DC Comics’ Atlantean warrior king in Justice League).

Now it has been revealed which villain Aquaman will oppose in his first big screen solo adventure: Black Manta, one of Arthur Curry’s greatest foes. More below.

Jesse Eisenberg Unsure If Lex Luthor Will Be In ‘Justice League’

Justice League: Part One will start production in just a few short weeks, and the film seems to be set on the idea that the villain will be Darkseid. This would be the first time that Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Flash, Aquaman, and possibly Green Lantern will all be together on screen. The film recently added J.K. Simmons to play Commissioner James Gordon, but there is no word yet if Jena Malone will return to reprise her role as Barbara Gordon – her role was ultimately cut from the theatrical version of Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice and saved for the Ultimate Edition cut. However, it appears that one person who will not be returning is one of Superman’s greatest villains.

Jesse Eisenberg who played Lex Luthor in BvS has made a few comments about his supervillain role and his future in the DCEU. More on the story below.
