Launch Trailer For ‘Wolfenstein: Youngblood’ Released

With its arrival this week Bethesda Softworks has released a launch trailer for developer MachineGames’ Wolfenstein: Youngblood, the first co-op title in the series.

The game is set almost two decades after the events of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and follows the “Terror Twins,” Jess and Soph Blazkowicz, as they look for their missing father B.J. Blazkowicz in an alternate 1980s Paris.

E3 2019: Official Trailer For ‘Wolfenstein: Youngblood’ Released

Bethesda shared an official trailer for Wolfenstein: Youngblood during their showcase at E3 2019.

The game is the first co-op Wolfenstein title. In it you play as the “Terror Twins” Jess and Soph Blazkowicz, the daughters of “Terror Billy” himself BJ Blazkowicz, as they search for their missing father in an alternate 1980s Paris.

Story Trailer Released For Co-Op ‘Wolfenstein’ Game ‘Youngblood’

Bethesda Softworks has released an official story trailer for Wolfenstein: Youngblood. The latest game in the series offers those who acquire it the option of experiencing the game with someone else via co-op.

The game jumps developer MachineGames’ rebooted series into the 1980s. In it, series protagonist William “B.J.” Blazkowicz has gone missing after a mission to Nazi-occupied Paris. This leaves his twin daughters, Jess and Soph Blazkowicz, to set off on a quest to find old Terror Billy.

First Details On ‘Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus’ DLC “The Freedom Chronicles”

MachineGames’ Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus was released a few weeks back now (read our review here), and publisher Bethesda Softworks recently shared the first details on what DLC is on the way.

The DLC releases have been given the title “The Freedom Chronicles,” and it includes four installments overall. The first, “Episode Zero,” is available now, while three additional releases, titled “The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe,” “The Diaries of Agent Silent Death,” and “The Amazing Deeds of Captain Wilkins,” will be arriving in the coming months.

A follow-up to MachineGames’ hit revival of the Wolfenstein franchise, 2014’s Wolfenstein: The New Order, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus looks to build on what the developer created with another action-packed adventure showered in bullets and blood.

The New Colossus—also the title of the Emma Lazarus poem etched on a plaque at the Statue of Liberty—is set in a surreal and terrifying alternate history in which the Nazi party was never stopped during World War II, and they have now taken control of America and are molding it to fit their ideals.
