Norwegian Black Metal legends 1349 are set to release their sixth full-length album, Massive Cauldron of Chaos, on September 30, 2014, via Seasons of Mist Records. For a limited time the entire album is available for streaming over at Lambgoat.

The album finds 1349 (who are named after the year that the black plague reached Norway) mining a slightly more progressive vein without losing the ferociously evil sound that marked their previous effort, 2010’s Demonoir, as one of the genres all-time classics.
