I saw X-Men Apocalypse at the very same Union Sq 4DX theater! Yeah, it’s pretty unique, but I have to say, for a 2 hour plus film, me and my wife were exhausted! But we’re both “over 40” so there’s that.
As far as DT, same thing, read it when The Gunslinger first hit collected pb. Fanatic about the saga. And then book 7. Actually books 5-7. Unhappy with the ending, the DT saga now has Lost/BSG syndrome for me :) .

Yeah, 4DX definitely felt like a once in a while thing rather an every weekend thing. The Dark Tower loses steam, to be honest I guessed the ending and liked it, but I can see where it pisses people off.

I’m about to re-start the book series with Wizard and Glass. I loved the Drawing of the Three. The movie, well, I’m hestitant to see it.. I did’t read your whole review as I worried about potential spoilers. :)

I didn’t spoil, other than to say don’t expect the books I too want to re-read them, but the first three are my favorites

Oh, ok. :) Though, big reason why I havent seen the movie is that I haven’t read the rest of the series after the book 3. So, was worried about spoilers in the movie..
