Fall 2020 Book Recommendations

Fall is almost here and with it comes lots of great new book releases. I’m an avid reader, but this year thanks to being mostly indoors because of COVID-19, I’ve already read more books in the last six months than I typically do in any given year. Probably three times as many. So, I’m really looking forward to this Fall’s new releases to keep me occupied.
Below are some books I personally am looking forward to this Fall, listed here in order of release date, starting with books releasing in September 2020. After this main list, I’ve included some picks for books that came out earlier this year that maybe you missed, and then some others that are older, but there’s a good reason to get to reading them now.
Continue on to check out my Fall 2020 Book Recommendations….

Based on the 1982 horror anthology, the collaboration between George A. Romero and Stephen King was done in comic book form, with panels and the Creeper there to guide the way between stories. One of the most anticipated events for horror fans this year, the reimagining of Creepshow debuted last night on Shudder. As a lifelong fan of horror anthologies from the original Creepshow films (1982 and 1987) to Tales from the Crypt and Trick “˜r Treat, this original series had me super excited, and I’m happy to say it did not disappoint.
Coming full circle on his amazing career, Greg Nicotero acts as executive producer of the streaming series and directed the first story of the pilot episode. Each of the eight episodes consists of two horror shorts. This Creepshow pays homage to the original while adding some new flair for an overall fun and creepy horror experience.
