Good day, friends. I want to preface this review with the knowledge that I spent multiple hours writing what should have been my longest review ever, only to inadvertently lose the entire thing in the saving process. I will freely admit my editor warned me to write outside of the primary posting software, a warning that I nonetheless ignored and for which I thereby paid the highest price. So, I will do my best to replicate the review, though I admit the passion I had for this particular assignment has waned. Not because of the book itself. Dungeons & Dragons: Worlds & Realms: Adventures from Greyhawk to Faerûn and Beyond is a spectacular tome of information that dragged me kicking and screaming down memory lane. So, with that said, let me begin yet again.

Another year, another chance to gift your favorite beloved tabletop gamer more Dungeons & Dragons goodies for the holiday season. Because, as usual, Wizards of the Coast and other publishers working alongside of them, has delivered. It has been almost four decades since I was fourteen and I read the very first Dragonlance novel from bestselling authors Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman; don’t do the math as it stings a little to see that number has grown so large. But when I dove into Dragons of Fate, the second volume in the Dragonlance Destines series, it was like going home again. Please join me while I try not to spoil anything, but do my best to explain what you are missing out if you do not reading this novel.

Summertime is here! And with it brings lots of great reads to enjoy during the warmer weather.

Below are some this year’s releases that I personally am looking forward to reading over the Summer. After the main list of newer releases, I’ve included a “Read Before You Watch” of some older titles getting a TV/Film adaptations (such as the popular Daisy Jones and the Six streaming series), as well as some classic literature, like Dracula, which celebrates its 125 anniversary this year.
