Play Now! ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ The 8-Bit Choose Your Own Adventure Game!
  |  @   |

This, my friends, may just be the most brilliant thing that anyone in the history of the universe has ever created. Okay, so that may be a tad hyperbole. Still, this is pretty fantastic and you all must check it out immediately. Basically, someone on YouTube called The Station posted a new Choose Your Own Adventure-style game based on The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Better yet, the game plays out with a good old Nintendo 8-Bit presentation.

8-Bit has been pretty popular lately with things like Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon and Joss Whedon’s Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog getting their own old school remakes. All are a lot of fun, but the interactive element here probably makes this one the best we’ve seen so far. That and the fact that it makes fun of a Twilight movie, of course. That will always win you some major cupcake points…with me, anyway.

Be sure to click on over to the other side to begin your very own adventure in the realms of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse!

New Images From ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’
  |  @   |

Last week, the poster was revealed for Twilight Saga: Eclipse, along with a sneak peek video of the upcoming Twilight sequel [see New Poster For “˜Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ + Video Sneak Peek].

Now with the film only three months away, Summit Entertainment has released three new images from the film, which is the follow-up to last year’s Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Check out the images here below.

The first image is of the infamous human-supernatural love triangle of human Bella (Kristen Stewart) with the two guys she loves, werewolf Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson) [they even appear to be in a triangle formation!]; next is Bella and Jacob having a moment together; and last is a shot of the Cullen vampire clan, minus Edward and Emmett, ready for action.

Twilight Saga: Eclipse will be in theaters on June 30, 2010.

Howard Shore To Score ‘Twilight: Eclipse’
  |

Greetings my fair vamps, vamp lovers, and fang bangers, tis I, CrueChik, back with some Twilight Saga news.

After a little post-New Moon hibernation (really though, there was no actual hibernation, I’m never very far from all things Twilight, seeing as I watch the first film once a week”¦yeah, I admit it, don’t judge me), I have returned with a tasty morsel of information about the next installment in the saga, Eclipse, scheduled for release June 30, 2010.

Award-winning composer Howard Shore will be writing the score for the much anticipated continuation of vampire bait Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and his immortal hotness Edward Cullen’s (Rob Pattinson) epic love story. Shore is best known for his work on the Lord of the Rings trilogy, for which he won three Academy Awards.

The Big Question: To Split ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’ In Half Or Not?
  |  @   |

As we’ve all known was a very likely possibility, it is being reported that Summit Entertainment is deciding whether or not to split The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — the final movie in the franchise (supposedly) — into two movies.

When Twilight was first peeking its head out, many said that it was going to be the next Harry Potter franchise, and to this many giggles (myself included) were had. And while the movie have been no where even close to as good as the Harry Potter films thus far, with The Twilight Saga: New Moon approaching $500 Million worldwide, you just can’t deny that it’s throwing down the same numbers.

With Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, they decided to split it in two in order to cover a lot more of the story, and of course, to make a whole new un-godly amount of money that they would never have made if they only did one film. This is also being done with The Hobbit. Naturally, it has always been a question as to whether Twilight would take the same path once they reached their final film. Now that they have established themselves as a heavy hitter, it comes as no shock that Summit Entertainment has this choice to make.

By CrueChik

Hola vamps and wolfies! Quick update with some more big news out of the Twilight camp WOOOO!!!

26 days before the release of New Moon, Summit Entertainment has released the title treatment for the next installment in the series, Twilight Saga: Eclipse! It is BAD ASS MY FRIENDS BAD F’IN ASS. “˜Course that’s just my opinion, have a look for yourself here at right – click the image for the full large view.

The simple silver and red, the metallic look to the letters”¦amazing and I think it gives a tiny insight into the darker, more violent take in Eclipse.
