Sony held their PlayStation Experience event today, where plenty of trailers and gameplay previews for new and upcoming titles were shared.
But there had been whispers that a sequel to a little game called The Last of Us might be making an appearance. To close out the show, these whispers became a reality with a phenomenal cinematic reveal trailer for The Last of Us Part II. And yes, it includes some familiar faces.
Back in June at E3 2015 Final Fantasy fans were overwhelmed with joy when it was revealed that a remake of Final Fantasy VII was on the way. Many videos of fans reacting to the announcement can be found online and are very entertaining to watch (a few of them can be seen at the beginning of the video below).
The PlayStation Experience 2015 is being held this weekend, and during it the first gameplay footage from the Final Fantasy VII remake was shared. You can check it out below.
Another brief glimpse at some gameplay from developer Ready At Dawn’s neo-Victorian game The Order: 1886 was released at Sony’s PlayStation Experience event. The video focuses on combat and cover mostly, with a display of some of the weapons you’ll be able to use.
Much like other gameplay previews we’ve seen, this new video is only a couple of minutes long—something that could be seen as a bit curious considering many upcoming games will often show extended gameplay demos that can last 10-15 minutes or more. That said, the game continues to look really great. Whether it will play really great or not is a question to be answered later.

If the couple of minutes of new No Man’s Skygameplay shown at the recent Game Awards wasn’t enough for you, four more minutes of the game were presented over the weekend at Sony’s PlayStation Experience event.
The new gameplay demo really tries to give you an idea of just how astonishingly massive the folks over at Hello Games are aiming. It starts in one area, exploring a bit, before moving on to another area…far, far, far, far away. It also gives an idea of what it looks like to discover a new area. For those unfamiliar with the game, if you find a new galaxy, planet, lifeform, and so on in your travels, you’re locked in as the discoverer and anyone else who visits later will see you were the one who found it.
The video, which you can watch below, certainly will not help those who have been worried that the game cannot be what we’ve been told it will be feel any better, but it sure helps build on that excitement we’ve had since it was first unveiled a year ago. And if you are one of those who are worried, there’s also a special bonus video just for you below.
Over the weekend Sony held an event called the PlayStation Experience, and some upcoming games were showcased.
The biggest of them all was our first look at gameplay from The Last of Us developer Naughty Dog’s fourth installment in the Uncharted series with adventurer Nathan Drake, titled Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. It wasn’t a brief first look either; the gameplay demo runs over 15 minutes in length, and you can watch the whole thing below.
