It’s still hard to believe that Game of Thrones is over. There were times when it seemed like the next season might never arrive, and now all eight seasons have come and gone. After its premiere back in 2011, the series quickly developed a rabid fanbase and became a television juggernaut. It was, quite simply, one of the biggest series ever made.
But while the show has indeed ended, HBO released Game of Thrones: The Complete Series last month so that fans can re-visit the story in its entirety whenever they wish to.
Marvel released a new trailer for their Inhumans TV series during San Diego Comic-Con 2017. If you missed it, you can check out the first trailer as well.
The show stars Anson Mount (Hell on Wheels) as Black Bolt, Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones) as Maximus, Serinda Swan (Percy Jackson & the Olympians) as Medusa, and Ken Leung (LOST) as Karnak.
Marvel has no shortage of properties they can use to adapt for the big or small screen. Considering how popular television has become, it’s no surprise that the studio would want to have a piece of that market. Now we are getting our first look at two of their newest shows. The Inhumans, which was once a film that has now become a TV series, though that doesn’t mean it won’t be getting the film treatment as its pilot will debut in IMAX theaters. Runaways is the second show. While it won’t have anything as grand as The Inhumans, the show has already been picked up by Hulu, so that’s a very good sign. Check out the first images and a teaser for The Inhumans, below.
