Cover Of Katy Perry’s “Dark Horse” In 20 Different Styles (Video)

In an effort to promote his Ten Second Songs company, musician Anthony Vincent has taken Katy Perry‘s hit song “Dark Horse” and performed it in 20 different styles, channeling hard rock and heavy metal acts like Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Nirvana, and Type O Negative, as well as non-metal singers like Frank Sinatra and John Mayer.

Check out the 4-minute video here below of Vincent in the studio doing the Katy Perry song. It’s a real treat!

I obviously love all the metal stuff – my favorite being the Type O Negative style, as he really nails that one — but it was definitely fun to see how Vincent would pull off Michael Jackson and ‘N Sync.

Vincent created this video as a sample of the various styles he’s able to do, as his company offers a service where if you write a 10-second song, he will sing it in any style imaginable, so it can be used for ads, jingles, and the like.
