“An Echolls Family Christmas” is one of the best episodes of Veronica Mars. When I first saw the episode, I thought it would be a simple, throw away episode, but it ended up surprising me in various ways. The dialogue is fast and furious and the camera work is top notch. I love the way the mystery unfolds throughout the course of the episode and delivers a strong and satisfying ending.
Official Description:
When Weevil’s poker winnings are missing after a game at Logan’s house, Veronica questions each player to piece together the evening’s events and catch the thief. Meanwhile, on the eve of the Echolls’ annual Christmas party extravaganza, Keith is hired by Lynn Echolls (recurring guest star Lisa Rinna) to track down one of the potential stalkers of her husband, Aaron (recurring guest star Harry Hamlin).
